Whether
you are a concerned citizen, family member, participant, law enforcement, provider, or team member, your input is greatly
appreciated. Often times tips left in reference to a participant will allow those involved with the participant to intervien
and make a difference before smaller issues grow into larger problems.
Although
the team members are involved with the participant proactively, they are not there to observe 24 hours a day, seven days
a week. Your input may be exactly what makes the difference in their recovery. Unfortunately, no program can claim
a 100 % success ratio. Therefore, if you are aware of activities which have gone undetected by the Diversion Court
Team, your information will be considered.
Anonymous
information is acceptable. However, please keep in mind if the information source is unknown, it can make the effort
to collaborate any accusations more difficult. If you use your name in your report, we will attempt to protect your
anonymity, however, certainly can not guarantee the same.
